Step I

Contact our office to receive a family application. Complete this form and return it to our offices by e-mail or fax.

Step II

An in-home meeting will be arranged to discuss your needs and preferences and to meet family members. If necessary, live-in nanny quarters will also be inspected.

Step III

The Terms and Conditions of Engagement will be signed by both parties and the application fee paid. Following this, the information obtained from both the application form and the meeting will be used to compile a family profile which we will use to match your specific needs to our candidates.

Step IV

We will now begin the search process for your nanny. During this process you will be provided with complete profiles, including photographs, of the candidates we feel would best suit your requirements. We will show you up to three profiles at a time in order to keep the process simple and time friendly.

Step V

Arrangements will be made for you to interview those nannies you feel would be a suitable match. We strongly suggest this interview take place in your home and you allow your children to interact with the nanny during this meeting. We remain on call and available to assist you through any part of the interview process.

Step VI

After an employment agreement has been reached between you and a candidate, a personalized employment contract is drawn up between you and the nanny. After this document is signed, you and the nanny each receive a copy and the original remains on file in our offices. The placement fee becomes due after the contract is signed.

Step VII

Your nanny starts work! We continue to provide on-going support and assistance for you and your nanny and can help you deal with any questions or issues that may arise.
